Unopened and unused physical products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

Opened products
Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and product integrity reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the issue.
How to start a return
Email contact@getgolgi.com with your order reference, product name, and reason for return. Golgi will confirm eligibility and next steps before any product is sent back.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Please allow 5-10 business days for bank or card processing after a refund is issued.
Return shipping
Return shipping instructions are provided after eligibility is confirmed. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
